Art is allowed to touch, irritate, ask questions and start conversations. The Galerie van den Boom therefore sees itself not only as an exhibition venue, but also as an open space for art and culture. Here, works, people and different perspectives meet.

You don't need any prior knowledge of art. Come in, look, linger and bring your own thoughts.

What to expect from us

Changing exhibitions, photography, installations, music, performances and conversations combine to form a diverse program. The exhibitions take up personal and social themes and are complemented by vernissages, finissages and the regular Open Friday.

The focus is not on the finished explanation of a work of art. What is decisive is what triggers an encounter and what conversation can arise from it.
